Sacred Basil and Ashwagandha are traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as adaptogens to help the body adapt to stress and relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and irritability. China Root and Chinese Senega are traditionally used in Chinese medicine to soothe the spirit (Shen) and reduce restlessness or excess nervous energy.
